  1. By "practice", do you mean practicing sports such as golf, baseball, or swimming?

  2. Some sports are certainly better than others in terms of neural activity and benefits to the brain, for instance Ping Pong is great, but certainly practice in any non indolent activity, i.e. TV, would be better brain stimulus!
